Everything right, everything important. And it's all possible with an apprenticeship or dual study program at MS XTEC! Here you will not only find the ideal basis for a future-proof job, but also a team that will support and challenge you.
Dual study program
With a dual study program, you will complete both a university degree and practical training in a company within 3 years. The perfect introduction to your chosen profession: in blocks of 3 months each, you alternate between attending university and working in our company.
You will work in all relevant departments to familiarize yourself with our company and its processes. You will supervise projects, analyze work processes and learn to take on responsibility at an early stage. You will put the theoretical knowledge you acquire at university into practice in the company. Many doors will be open to you once you graduate.
Apprenticeship
An apprenticeship at MS XTEC familiarizes you with all the important basics of the respective profession. We attach great importance to practical work, which is why you will quickly be given your own projects and responsibility. To familiarize yourself with everything, you will change departments every 3-5 months.
Depending on the profession, training at MS XTEC takes between 2 and 3.5 years. However, you have the opportunity to shorten this time individually by performing well at school and in the company. And if it suits you and us, nothing stands in the way of your successful future with us. You decide what this looks like. Be it further training to become a master craftsman, technician, business administrator or something completely different - almost anything is possible.

They will tell you everything you need to know about day-to-day operations and will always be ready to listen to your questions, ideas and suggestions. We make sure that you learn everything you need to know to develop your talents and skills in your dream job.
